Dumbarton-based Your Radio is to cease broadcasting after 18 years on the air.
The board of directors of Your Radio Ltd, which broadcasts across West Dunbartonshire, Inverclyde and eastern Argyll and Bute, took the decision that on-going losses over the last five years means the station in its present form is not viable.
It will close on Sunday, April 29.
